Fraser Plumbing and Heating has a reputation for high integrity, experience, and offering the best products for your home and business. Unfortunately, their previous visual identity and website were dated and generic. 

Following a discovery session with their key decision-makers, we analyzed who their target audience was, and if they shopped online or in-person, and created the desired look and feel and experience we wanted their audience to experience.

Analyzing their competition, it became apparent that generic imagery was prevalent. We created an image strategy and selection of images that embodied the new brand experience.

We developed a new colour pallet that was lively and expressive. Mixed with their new headline font (which is a traditional serif font) the balance of being modern, trusted, and respectful was created.

This tone was reflected in the text and headlines in their communications, for example:
